Energy-neutral production
At GSF and isoMAX, we are committed to integrating sustainability into all our processes, products and services. We pursue environmentally conscious solutions and use an environmental management system that complies with the ISO 14001 standard. This system helps us manage and reduce environmental risks so that we can operate responsibly and contribute to a cleaner future.
Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond standards: we produce energy neutrally, supported by 500 solar panels and a battery storage system with a capacity of 11,000 kWh. Thus, we actively contribute to the reduction of our carbon footprint and make our vision of sustainable production a reality.
Solar Panels
Our plant is powered by 500 solar panels installed on our roof. These panels capture solar energy, which means that much of our energy needs are met by renewable sources.
This reduces our dependence on fossil fuels and contributes to a sustainable future. The energy generated allows us to run our production virtually energy-neutral, which is not only good for the environment, but also lowers the carbon footprint of our products.
Energy Storage
Our advanced energy storage systems can store up to 11,000 kWh of solar energy. This means that even on days without sunshine, we can run entirely on stored solar energy for three days.
This battery capacity ensures a reliable energy supply and makes us less dependent on the power grid, contributing to the stability and sustainability of our production process. Thanks to this energy storage, we can guarantee that our production has the least possible impact on the environment, even during periods of less sunshine.
Electric fleet
At GSF, we have already made our fleet 60% electric. This means that our transportation operations generate significantly fewer emissions. By investing in electric vehicles, we are reducing our CO₂ emissions and taking an important step toward climate-friendly operations.
We continue to expand our fleet with electric vehicles so that we can operate completely emission-free in the future. In this way, we not only contribute to a cleaner environment, but also set a good example in the industry.
